Founder Story
Princess Beauty Salon is one of the earliest beauty establishments in Lucena City, with roots tracing back to 1968. It was originally founded and personally operated by its owner, Virgie De Ramos, along Cabana Street, where it served generations of clients for over four decades.
More than just a salon, it became a training ground for many of the city’s early beauticians and hairstylists. Virgie De Ramos was known for personally mentoring and teaching aspiring professionals, many of whom went on to build their own careers in the beauty industry. Her hands-on approach and dedication helped shape the standards of service in Lucena’s local salon scene.
In 2013, the salon transitioned from its original location and continues its operations today at Lourdes Subdivision, Iyam, Lucena City. Following the passing of Virgie, the business is now managed by her family, led by her daughter-in-law, Tes De Ramos, who carry forward her legacy.
Princess Beauty Salon remains a reflection of its founder’s passion for the craft and commitment to quality service. The values she instilled continue to guide the team today, ensuring that every client receives the same level of care and attention that has defined the salon for decades.
The staff is very professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and well cared for.
I really liked how private the whole experience felt. It didn’t feel crowded or chaotic like most salons. It was quiet, relaxed, and you can actually enjoy the time there without feeling rushed.
Overall, it felt like an exclusive salon experience. Definitely a 10/10 for services, privacy and atmosphere.
Had a full makeover at Princess Beauty Salon and it was such a good experience. I had waxing, manicure, and pedicure done, and everything was clean and well taken care of.
The massage was the highlight for me. Super relaxing and honestly one of the best I’ve had.
